It was a mad rush to get to the hospital, i was 6 week's early but was going to be induced on the 2nd anyway as she has stopped growing and my amniotic fluid's were almost gone. But ho hum, she decided she wasn't in a rush to come out. I spent all day in labour (new years day) Then they decided to induce me! Ha! she wasn't having none of that neither. I finally ended up having my induction via drip. She was eventually born on the 2nd anyway
She was very small (4lb's) but perfect
I remember nurses saying oooh if you have this baby on new years day you will make it into the local paper's..sod that!!!
I think i need a diet of some sort, only about 6lb's or so. I just stuffed myself silly with cake so it's not happening just yet
What type of diet do you do hun?
Aww babe, try not to stress too much. I know it's easier said than done. You are such a happy person. I am alway's here as a shoulder to cry on anytime. You know that lady!
I would happily bypass a bfp for a while till you get your's!

OMG thats amazing..im sure it must have been so lovely in the end seeing dd.. and i agree about the papers..there's always someone to be beat you by 4 seconds anyway, lol
so, the diet.. well, i always start off really hardcore cause the main prob is getting used to eating less i.e. getting the tummy to shrink so to speak. So very little food in beginning. Had diet cup of soup for lunch and giant tomato salad that i particularly like (w/chillies etc) with 2 pieces of toast this evening (i get more hungry in the eve than during morning or day so I tend to save my cals for later). No dressing (although lemon/lime juice and salt and pepper go a long way) , no fat, no meat, cheese... i could go on..lol!
You can drink anything you want as long as its sugar free, soups, broth etc which are low in fat..3% or less (my cousin who modelled in the US was told not to eat anything above 3% fat by her agency!!!) Any veg that is full of water and little stoge/carb.
Once you're used to not being ravenous anymore you can diversify but must still stick within 3% fat limit and small and few meals. Once you get down to a more comfortable weight you can actually go and have a crazy meal (take away, whatever!) a week w/o it ruining it for you..
Basically, its veg, veg, vegetarian meats, beans, lentils and fat free, milk, cottage cheese, fromage fraise and (almost fat free) spray for cooking. it does work but i also know most people would rather eat their knuckles that what i do

I get by by cooking all the other stuff for OH , LOL!!!
If you can stand working out--GOOOOO! i cant and find restricting my eating habits work best..in the end it all sucks, to be honest, ha, ha!!
Babydust girls and thanks for posting- i really appreciate it..all the kind words and encouragement. Right back atcha!! xxx
