Hello again! I'm back

It's been ages since I've been on here! Thank you all for the lovely messages. Well thirty is well and truly here and I welcomed it with a bang! My party went really well, I was quite worried that I was going to have too many people for my kitchen to cope with but it went really well and everyone seemed to have a really nice time. After that John & I went up to Inverness for our three nights of Bridal luxury. It was great! The room probably wasn't as nice as it was made out to be but it was so nice to get away and just chill out and relax. With my miscarriage last time he was home it was far from relaxing and it felt like we hadn't had time to just be together in ages so it was lovely. It's been a couple of years since I was up in Inverness and it was lovely - we had some great nights out and some lovely vin rouge! Unfortunately none of my OPKs would go positive!! How bloody irritating!

At my party one of my friends had invited us up to a party even further north but the catch was you had to bring a tent! Oh my god, I haven't pitched a tent in thirteen years! What a hoot! We borrowed sleeping bags, tents and all sorts of paraphanalia to camp out. So we spent two days and nights getting merrily and sleeping in a tent! And wouldn't you guess it I got a bloody positive on my OPK on the second day up there! We never on the first night in the tent but we tried on the second. Judging by the mess though I doubt the damn have a chance to reach my little egg!

Finally on Sunday we went to Ullapool and spent a night there before heading home on a mammoth drive yesterday. We stopped here there and everywhere taking photos so it took us an eternity to get back to Glasgow. But we got here eventually.

I've been playing about with FF and I think I'm going to get my cross hairs tomorrow showing that I ov'd on Sat. I really hope we managed to do enough but I think the tent might have put paid to any hope of creating a baby this month. Oh well, not to worry a good time was had by all and it's straight into the tww for me!!

I'm off to download all my photos and I'll be on later to find out what's been happening while I've been away xx

Hey honey, so pleased you had a lovely time, I love Ullapool, used to spend summers up there sailing and camping etc. One of the fab-est places in the UK. I'm very jealous
And the camping sounds very like our camping experience ... lots of and laughter.
As TT said if the met egg its a hell of a conception story!
