I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm still here hun and sad that you are back. i've been through this too but mine didn't even last as long as yours, which in some ways i'm grateful for because it was easier for me as i hadn't has so long with bean. The articles you found are very appropriate and i too have read lots like them. If only i could get another surely this time my body will be ready and so will yours! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Well my trip to EPAU was interesting this morning! They seemed a bit peeved that I'd had hcg tests done which I don't understand. However it later became apparant that they are bit wary of my results being so close in numbers (564 to 549) and thought it may be ectopic.
However I got the 'best' of the worst so to speak when they scanned me (which they still weren't keen to do!). There is absolutely nothing in my womb or tubes, so little Applepip has been fully bled out. It's just a case of waiting for the hormone levels to drop and the bleeding to finish completely. They took more hcg blood (the poor student missed my vein on the first attempt!!) and I've to call back at 3pm for the results and to discuss the next steps.
The midwife expects the numbers to be going towards 300 or 200 so we'll see what happens.
I cried even more last night, I didn't know it was possible to cry so many tears. But today I just feel as though at last I know where I'm at, and I can think about moving on. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Sending you for when you are tearful. I know how hard it is.
I also found it very hard going back to the EPUnit once I knew my little bean was gone, so you've been really brave to manage that.
My hCG fell about 100-150 each day, so hopefully you'll be back down to nothing before long. I OVed about 2 weeks after I calculated it would have hit zero by the way.
It must be awful for you to have to return to your TTC journal (I didn't discover B&B until my MC), but we are all here to support you, and send you tons of for another stickier bean very soon.

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hi Petal,
So sorry you're back here again...what a hellish time you've had sweetie!
Can i also say im very grateful for the info you posted cause i didnt know about the rejection thing- but it makes perfect sense as most of the women in mine and oh's family have lost their first so it seems to fit in with that idea.
Im also glad for you that you have nothing retained so that you can concentrate on getting through this, and out to the other side, which you will get to, i promise..just be kind to yourself in the meantime.. ive been there...
Have a drink, something nice to eat if you and just take some time out.... getting away sounds like a lovely idea..very good in fact
(I think me and oh are going to Paris...£50 return for 2 people..cant beat that!)
Here are some virtual versions of what my friend brought me after my mc (she'd been there herself and i really appreciated the thought )
In the mean time, please know im thinking of you and that im sending you loads of hugs..ALL the best hun!! , Omi xxx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thanks Omi, we went for the Chinese, Beer & Football route! All very nice. It's also good to be back on normal coffee. Quote:

Even though nothing showed in the tubes in the scan
I've got to go back for another blood test on Monday morning. She's told me if I get any pain in my lower back or back passage to go to the EPAU immediately or A&E if it's closed.
I just want it to be over so I can get back to normality! It feels like one delay after another at the moment. |
