Thanks Kaelia, your being nice just made me cry but!! Such a fool. Its just getting so wearing. Its natural I suppose at 30 ish, many of my friends are at the same stage and having kids and stuff, but it doesn't hurt any less just because its normal!! I don't know why I'm so emotional just now, normally I am fine with maybe a little blip at AF time. I just feel useless and hopeless and that its never going to happen.

Thanks Rumpskin, I'm just having a meltdown and I'm not used to it! I want to go and eat lots of chocolate and I know that won't help the situation. Right now rational thought is just being completely over-run by emotional feeling.

Hiya Nic, hon... I'm sorry you're down in the dumps - chocolate DOES help! really! Get yourself some of the really expensive stuff; you need less and it tastes 10000x better!!!
I know how you feel sweetie, its horrible to feel so hopeless and be out of control of something you want so much... I think most of us on here are usually the "go-getter" types, people who actively go after what they want; so being at the mercy of our own lives and of sth above and beyond that even, is torture. I hear ya.

My girlfriend (and mother of 2) said, trying to get me to relax and stop obsessing "it will come! in the whole big scheme of things, what is 2, 3, even 6 months to wait??? Enjoy your life and baby will come, promise, and you'll be all the happier for it"... actually, she is right... Although I still thought at the time "oh come off, YOU have 2 kids for God's sake!!"...
Sending loads of Hon, I'm thinking of you!!!

Aww Nic sweetheart i'm sorry if i made you cry.
We are all entitled to a meltdown. It clear's the mind a little i find. I had one a few month's ago and sobbed myself to sleep thinking i was perimenopausal. Silly looking back at it but we all do it hun
You go eat as much choccy as you can stomach.
Thing's will get easier, i promise! Just as some day's are really bad, there are the one's that are really good and they outweigh all the shit ones.
So some of your friends have babies already??..Well your will be even cuter because you waited so long for it!
Chin up babe, hope you feel better soon.

Hi I'm back and here to try cheer you up! Now you are still in with a chance this month and you just don't know how things could change next month!
Get the pre-seed out for the few times you get to BD even if you are not OVing - it has such a nice 'slip and slide' wet feeling and it feels like you're adding a bit a magic to proceedings (or am I just losing it)

The bloody POAS issue - i left mine before and it dropped down the radiator so it was about 30 mins after i'd done it before i got to read it and it had fluff and hairs on it, and under all that stuff not a sniff of a line. so think i have OV'd already or I need to do another one and keep it fluff free.

Have I bored and confused you enough now to take you mind off things?

yes Tansey I do believe you have!!!

I'm off for dinner with a friend tonight who is desperate for her OH to pop the question, so no doubt she will keep me entertained also. Next month I'm going for some 'erbal stuff. I've got agnus castus, apparantly dong quai is useful so the girls have been telling me and black cohosh gets a good mention in some websites too. Just need to watch I don't end up with too much. I was wondering if I shoud give dr & herbs a try? They're a chinese alternative therapy type of place but don't know if I would be wasting my money...?

it's difficult isn't it - deciding what to do next! if you have the money, give it a try, if you can't really afford it try other stuff first. I have been taking aspirin and Vit B6 as extras this month both v.cheap, so i had some money for pre-seed!

Have a nice night with your friend!
