Aww hunny, it must be awful not knowing. Would getting a negative be worse than not knowing? its not a loaded question, I haven't been in your situation so I can't even begin to imagine.
The symptoms do sound really good though, especially the dreams, that seems to be quite a good one - especially if you don't normally have vivid dreams.
