Cat's TTC Story

Well...here's my TTC story....

This is my 3rd cycle of TTC after having mc Aug 19th last year....

I am married to my toyboy, Martin, 10 years my junior and we have a little girl who is 2 and a half called Grace. She is absolutely adorable...she gives me the need to have more children just like her!!!!!!

My first 2 months of TTC this time have not really been organized (totally unlike me as I'm abit anal)...so this cycle I have decided to go for it.
My meaning of to 'go for it' is to obsess over ovulation tests, use cheapo ones from CD1-CD10 and then CB tests between CD11-CD18 and then back to the cheapo ones for the rest of that cycle (just in case) and then start to obsess about BFNs/CB digitals/normal HPTs/pregnancy symptoms etc etc until I see AF....

It was my 3rd month of TTC when I caught last year so it may be a lucky month for me and I quite like the sound of a November baby!!!!

I have PCOS so am on the old clomid...but only took it this month of TTC as I say, not been organized. I find clomid shortens your Cycle if you have PCOS and you can really pin-point when you are ovulating when using clomid. It never gives me any side effects either.
Nb- I wasn't on clomid when I got pregnant with my daughter...it's only since me nagging my Doc and saying that I am getting too old and want another baby asap, that she decided to give me the clomid. (I used it twice last year and caught the second time of using it)

I don't do the CM, charting, pre-seed, temping techniques- far too indepth for me...just about remember to take my clomid and pregnacare!!!!! But am abit obsessed with POAS!!!

So now I am on CD11, with hopefully O round the corner....here's hoping for a November baby!!!!

Unhappy

My poor 'Floky' (my DD couldn't say Floppy)

Well I am so sad today...my rabbit died.
She had a lovely personality and I feel awful as I think she died coz of the cold. We didn't bring her inside last night when it was really cold. We only discovered her about 6pm to be not looking very well, so brought her in immediately and about 30 mins later she died. I am so upset. I love my animals.
This might sound so ridiculous to some of u, but I am just gutted!!!!
Needed to write it down and get my anxiousness out!!!!

Aww Cat! You must be gutted. At least you got to bring her inside and comfort her and you (or worse DD) didnt find her already gone in her hutch.
I'm a total animal nut too. My dogs are my babies and my cats too. About 6 months ago I ran over and killed our 13 yr old cat 'Ziggy'.... It turned out she was already lame on the drive and couldnt move when I got in the car. I saw her in the rear view mirror on the drive. It took me days to stop crying. The only comfort I could take was that we could cuddle her and be with her when she fell to sleep.
She's warm now. Run free lil Floky.
