Hi there,

Hope you are feeling better and more back to normal soon. It can't be an easy time for you, but not long to wait now for the doctors results, which will help put your mind at ease.

Sending you and (they are Gerberas I've decided)

Rang the EPU this morning and my hcg is now normal....

I spoke to the Midwife at length (yeh don't faint..NHS MW too)...Basically I have had a chemical pregnancy...thats when the egg and sperm fertilizes but doesn't inbed into the uterus...so if I wouldn't have tested when AF didn't show and waited 2 weeks, I would have never known any different!?

MW also said that its clinically not classed as a Miscarriage...and thats why my bleeding was only 3 days, like an AF...and as for my symptoms- she said I may have double ovulated quickly which heightened any symptoms I was getting...I am so relieved its untrue!! Didn't want to have a D&C....phew!!! I also asked her about the mc chances on clomid and having PCOS and she said that its a 1 in 4 chance as is with all pregnancies, so may start on the clomid next cycle?? Don't know yet!?

So back to the drawing board...I can now be a normal TTCer again...Am going to see the Doc on Friday to get everything off my chest...and see if I can book in a progesterone test so I can make sure I have ovulated etc...just a little check up.

So I am very happy now.....

CD10

Today I am feeling ok...have slight discomfort in my tummy...like AF is coming???? Or is could be my IBS....hmmmm

If I get a BFP this month then fine...but I am taking it easy this month and just BDing when I feel like, afterall if I catch at weekend (which is my fertile time) then it would mean I could have a Christmas Day baby.
My DH said, 'Oooooh...I don't think that's fair on the Child...we should have a January baby instead...' Whatever will be will be!!!! xx

Headaches have gone...boobs soreness very minimal, just the odd tiny throb. Back a little achey- think I have been abit run down though.

So all is good in the land of the Catster!!!!

Take care everyone and here is some sticky for you all!!! xx

FABULOUS news Cat!!! I'm so glad you got your answers, and even more that you seem to be feeling better! Its nuts, they think I had a chemical pg too 'cause they couldn't find anything in my uterus in any of the scans! ... weeeeird month...
Well, hauptsach (= main thing) you're all better and good to go! I am also fertile at the weekend, but taking it more or less easy this month. Can't seem to stop myself from hoping, but is def not a biggy if it isn't to be just yet...

Great news Cat! All the best for this month. Clomid sounds like a good plan for next month, obviously I don't have a success story with it, but I have heard lots.

Glad your spirits are high and no D&C for you. I wish you all the best for a bfp and sticky bean whether it be this month for a Christmas babe or next month for 2009 babes!

Glad things are getting better! A Christmas baby would be special - get busy!
No. I think taking it easy is the best way, and you never know!
