Well the ovulation tests arrived thismorning, they look pretty basic tho so we'll see.

Day 9 feelling "normal" CM seems to be slowly building only at sticky cloudy stage at the moment.

Will do an ovulation test in a bit.

Still day 9, have had a niggly feeling below and under my left hip, so have done 2 OPK - both negative not even a light test line.

Day 10 feeling tired but happy and quite positive.

CM is building am becoming more aware of it

Done 3 OPK today all negative.

Still early yet for Oing hun, I think most recommend only starting to test w/ OPKs on day 10... no worries, pay attention to that CM and COMON O!!! and some for ya!

Thank you for my message in my journal. As you can imagine I'm feeling a little excited at the moment and wondering what's going to happen.

Anyway, you may already know this, but when I started using OPK's someone gave me a piece of good advice and I thought I would pass it on. It is to test twice a day with the cheapie OPK's to avoid missing your LH surge (it can occur within a 12 hr time slot with some people). The best times I believe to test are mid morning and mid afternoon-early evening. It's a bit different to using a PG test stick and doesn't work as well with early morning urine (I am sure you know this bit).

Thanks tishimouse, luckily I am on holiday this week, so am hoping to get a positive result on my OPK before I go back to work on Monday - will be a bit difficult testing at school! (am a teacher)

Have been testing a couple of times a day anyway just so I don't miss it!

Am really really hoping my O is a bit earlier this month, seeing as I have been taking my B6. Last month it was on day 17 so we will see!

Day 11 feeling much the same as yesterday.

CM is getting thicker and is now cloudy.

Done 2 OPKs both negative

Day 12 lots more CM - mostly wet and slippery noticed a little bit of egg white, but only a smidge!

I feel bloated today, tummy feels niggly.

Anyway I have done my first OPK of the day and it's not positive BUT the test line is nearly as dark as the control line. It is most definitely the darkest test line I have had so far, so I am guessing that ovulation might be on it's way?

I am feeling really good, because hopefully that means that I am going to ovulate a little earlier than last month and my luteal phase will be a little longer.

I think I am going to start the baby making Bding tonight!!!!

That's brilliant that you have a test line showing. At least you know the tests work with your body. They don't work for 5% of the women who use them, so you aren't wasting you time.
