I'm Currently Feeling:

Well, here I am, CD10...and home sick again!! I stayed home from work on CD 8 because I felt flu-ish...but yesterday I returned to work full of energy. Well, last night I came home and felt fine until around 10pm, when I just suddenly started SHAKING uncontrollably, every square inch of skin hurt and I felt like I had a raging fever (I didn't, though).

Anyway, I'm home sick today with a sore throat. I'm feeling better than last night, but I really want to just get over this stupid illness before going back to work.

I'm feeling pessimistic about this month. I don't have many symptoms right now. My bb's are mildly achey (although last month and the month before they KILLED by now). I've had very minor and very momentary AF-style cramping here and there (usually I have more by now). But I just don't have those uterus twinges anymore. That's what really made me feel like I could get my BFP last week. Now that I don't have them anymore....I just don't feel optimistic.

Oh well...we'll have to wait and see. The good news is that, right now, I'm really not feeling anxious to test. I feel like I could easily wait for another two days or so....we'll see.

OMG OMG...please God...let this be my month. Please God...let this not be just a tease. Today, at 10 dpo, I have a tiny tiny bit of brownish discharge, followed by some pinkish blood. I am praying that this is implantation and will lead to a beautiful, healthy baby...and not just early bleeding.
Oh God....two cycles ago, when I had a very early m/c, I remember having some spotting around 12 dpo...but I don't remember exactly. OMG...I'm just praying that this is it. I will test on Sunday morning. SUNDAY...not before.

So I just got back from the doctor...and no strep throat! He did a rapid strep test and it was negative. He says I need rest, soup and lots of fluids
I asked him about the pregnancy aspect and he just said to stick to minimal amounts of tylenol if I'm worried. He didn't offer a blood test or anything like that. Oh well, I'm going to wait until Sunday. I don't know why I'm so content to wait this month. The first 9 days post ovulation were BRUTAL for me to wait...but once I saw some spotting and I really thought it might be implantation, I've been content to wait and see what happens. Part of me still feels like there's little chance for this month. I mean, other than this flu and some discomfort and 'raw' feeling in my uterus, I have few symptoms. I'm sure if I am pregnant, I'll come up with LOTS of symptoms in retrospect! Anyway, my breasts are no longer sore today. Has anyone ever heard of women experiencing less painful breasts after implantation? I haven't...

Hey CC. I dont know exactly when implantation took place for me but I can say that my symptoms have slowed down (esp. the tingly/tender boobs) rather than ramped up! And up to now everything is fine - yesterday I had a blood tests and a ultrasound scan after having some sharp abdominal pains, and everything is exactly as it should be at this stage.
Keep positive. You so deserve this and I can feel it coming for you.
