I Have Been Trying To Conceive For 1year. I Have Used A Ovalation Kit One Time. The Only Thing I Am Not Understanding When I Am Suppost To Ovalate. I Had Gotten Told That You Hurt A Little In Your Side. I Have Only Done That A Few Times. But I Am Not Sure If I Am Suppost To Have Sex Then Or Not. I Know That You Are Suppost To Have Sex Every Other Day. So If There Is Anyone Please Give Me Some Advice On What To Do.

Thanks,
Crystal

Hey welcome

Here are some info on how to track your fertility: http://findarticles.com/p/articles/m...76/ai_18850568

Some ppl choose to BD every other day and then every day around ovulation. Not everyone feels the ovulation pain so it might be good to use OPK's at first. There are nice sites to chart, like fertilityfriend.com.

There are lots of nice ladies here who know all about this stuff and are really helpful So just ask!

for the road and good luck.

Hi! Good luck TTC . And like Phexia said, not everyone will feel ovulation pains, or you might not feel it every month. I didn't feel any pains 2 months ago, but last month they were out of this world, like i was punched in the ovarys! You can BD if you like, if you do feel the pains of ovulation coming on...although you might be in some discomfort. I know for me it was too much to handle but few hours after the pain died away i got right in bed!

lots of luck!!!
