Milk eggs and OJ - Im a dietitian and when I worked in a clinic for underpriviledged mom's, we gave those three things out, along with prenatal vits, obviously, 'cause without anything much else in the way of nutrition, they'll keep a pg mom healthy!! Make sure you eat enough veg protein if you're a veggie, eh? Still so excited for you, am hoping we all follow in your footsteps soon!!
