A few things are going on in my life non-TTC related but since this is my journal and not so many people read it, I can put it here anyway. LOL

#1 - So, I am a sucker and I think I am going to stick at McDonalds a little longer. I am like a little puppy dog. If you give me a little praise, I am all loyal. Yesterday me and several other Asst. Managers (mostly my friends in Anchorage, actually) were called down to Anchorage last minute for an "important" meeting. When the 6 of us got there, no one knew what it was about but then our boss', boss', boss came in (named Akins) and told us that we were the next store managers for Alaska McDonalds and he wanted to meet with all of us quarterly to make sure that we are still happy, improving and answering any questions we might be given! I was like, WOOT!!!!! Store Management at McDonalds = AWESOME benefits (like company cars, gas cards and greater benefit packages!)

#2 - I am moving (again). We moved to AK in Jan '07, moved to a different place in Oct '08 and now we are moving again next month. We are moving about 30 miles from here to a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 2 story apartment where we can have a dog and only pay $50 more per month than I pay for my current little tiny 2+1 apartment here. This is great because now we really have room for when we do have a baby! YAY!!! My friends' parents own the property and are awesome! Since we are not drug user/sellers and we are reliable, they are hooking us up!

#3 - TTC related - I have been really nauseous lately. (Mostly around strong smells.) I have also felt really bloated. I am going to take a HPT tomorrow morning and if it is negative (which is probably the case), I am going to ask my doc if I can give up on Met. It is just annoying to take three pills a day with no results.

Took a HPT but got a . Oh well... I can not even get worked up anymore. Honestly... I don't know what to do. I have not totally lost hope but I no longer expect anything... even on fertility drugs.

I have a cold so I am feeling pretty crappy but I will live. Thank god!

And really sorry about the bfn... How long have you been taking Met? Was it meant to work straight away? I can totally 100% understand your frustration, but it would be a shame to give up on it too soon... if you know what I mean... I dont' know much about these drugs tho, so you can just ignore me if you'd rather...

I have been on Met since Feb 1st but it is supposed to help me get my periods since I do not have cycles and never have but it is not working. My last cycle started on 1-9-08 but that is it. I am just looking forward to my next GYN appt on May 5th. ^_^

Thanks for thinking of me! I am not giving up but I just have to stay calm. I have been TTC for too long and living with anovulation my entire life so I have to be patient even though I want my time now. LOL

I've just discovered the journals and have read through most of yours and just wanted to say how much I admire your strength, determination and patience.

I'm sure a BFP is on its way for you. You so deserve it!

I know the feeling of not expecting anything ... you try your hardest not to get your hopes up but you just cant seem to help it sometimes.

Hey Sarah just wanted to pop in and say HII!!! That new house sounds FAB! Infact it sounds exactly like the move i just did . We went from a 2 bed 1 bathroom dinky place to this new fabulous 3 bedroom + 2.5 baths 2 story townhouse! All the extra space is amazing, and of course the extra bedroom is a big +++

I took a random HPT today too (just to refresh the old POAS memories!) BFN like you. We'll get there soon, chick!

Thanks so much you guys! I really needed some support and your guys' kind words really really touched me and made me cry but in a good way. Sometimes this is so hard. My hubby is feeling it too but like me, he is being strong. Thank god I have him, seriously!

This may sound dramatic but I am honestly afraid that they are never going to find a way to get me to ovulate. Clomid is the next step and that is ALL that drugs is supposed to do so we will see but you know...
