This has always bothered me when I'm ttc, I have long and crazy cycles and I have no idea how I managed to get pregnant twice! Both times we must have caught the only frigging egg I ovulate each YEAR.

I might try a new gyno, my old one has never cared about my obvious hormone irregularity because I have children. I think that's a bit weird of him because surely the hormone mess can lead to other problems? I have loads of signs of PCOS but when I mentioned it to him he gave me a 10 minute speech on how PCOS wasn't a real disease and it was just something the other gyno's told their patients they had so they'd look better for diagnosing something ... he called it a trash-can-diagnosis, I was like wtf? Haven't seen him him since. ..

The growing a scroll bar thing is funny. Lots of pregnancy charts have scroll bars! Think positive.

I'll ignore the trip south your temps are making as that's just very inconsiderate of them when you have requested a BFP. How rude!

As for your gyno ... well he sounds like a cheerful chap doesn't he Has he heard of influenza or does he think a snotty nose and runny eyes are figments of imagination. It's defo time to change I agree.

Thanks Tishi, I am having a good day, I seem to have some of my focus back. At least I'm studying aaaaaallll about regression analysis ... My final exam is next wednsday and I think I'm gonna get a good grade, I don't know why but I like learning all this statistic-mumbo-jumbo.

My daughters took a trip with my mom and dad, brother and sisters, to their super cool renovated old farm 1.5 hours from Reykjavík and my OH is at his sisters using her garage .. so I have the place to myself But I think we´ll go tomorrow night and join the girls since my studying is going so well

I sorta hope gets here today so she´ll be gone next Thursday when we leave for Germany Ohhhhh how nice is it to have the final exam on Wednesday and then a holiday on Thursday

You know, when I wrote that about him earlier I realized what an idiot he is! I think I'm gonna make an appointment with a new one soon! Don't get me wrong, I'm not going to ask for fertility drugs or anything like that, I just want to know if my hormones are ok and if there's something that can be done for my irregular cycles. I mean, earlier we just BD'd about every single frigging day (because I never got AF) and eventually I got pregnant, but we don't have time time or energy for that now.
