CD 54

I'm feeling so crappy today

I have fibromyalgia and some days I'm ok (been really good lately, since I stopped working in december and went back to Uni) but some days I just wake up and feel like utter shit. Like today I have pain everywhere, I'm exhausted (like I've been hit by a truck or something), my brain is really foggy, can't concentrate and just burst into tears for no reason and I really feel depressed.

I don't even wanna think about TTC stuff, I just wanna crawl into a hole somewhere where nobody can find me and sleep for a week.

CD 55

Well I'm feeling a bit better today, after I wrote that yesterday I started getting an aura followed by a HUGE migraine (you know, the one where you throw up, can't feel half your body and feel like somebody's hitting your head with a hammer). My meds worked for the headache but I felt really sick afterwards so my OH had to skip his evening class and take care of the kids. I think the Fibro episode I had was just a premonition for the migraine.

ANYWAY, lol .. off topic

Yesterday I thought I saw a drop of blood when I wiped. I was like but I haven't seen more but I'm sure is coming, CM is somewhat different (TMI warning), brownish creamy sort of, but it's been dry lately. Plus I've been crampy for days, had a migraine, and I've been crying for no apparent reason .. that's often a sign for me that AF is coming.

My OH is always asking if has arrived. He's excited to get started and keeps referring to himself as the sperm donor

Let the obsession begin (some more)! I have a strategy to get pregnant in the first cycle of "real" ttc. I'll post it later, going to my in-laws for dinner, they're gonna let the kids stay over so me and OH are gonna catch a movie.



Oh by the way, that time I guestimated my O must have been pretty correct since I'm spotting now, 13 days later. I don't think I actually O'd because I didn't get a positive OPK but there must still have been a shift into my lutheal phase. Oh well, all speculations

CD 1 !!!

Has arrived and I have some painful cramps (but happy cramps, lol)

Anyway, I was going to post my "TTC the first cycle" strategy so here it goes:

1. Every day since january 23rd I've been drinking fertility tea (Lady's mantle, Red Clover, Stinging nettle and Vitex agnus castus), that will continue until I get pregnant. I'm hoping the Vitex will shorten my cycle.

2. From day 1 (today) and until O, I'm taking Evening primrose oil capsules so I get more fertile CM.

3. I keep track of O with OPK's and the CBFM. (plus tracking CM and all that)

4. While BD'ing on PEAK days I will be using Pre-seed (if it ever gets here, it's stuck in customs)

5. When goes away, I'm BD'ing every other day. If I get a PEAK reading or a positive OPK I'm BD'ing every day for at least 3 days.

5. After BD'ing I´ll be inserting my Keeper cup (http://www.keeper.com/) to keep the sperm in. I've read LOTS about TTC using these cups or "instead cups" that are disposable and this method seems to work wonders for many people.

6. After BD'ing I'm keeping a pillow under my bum for 30 minutes as is advised by many doctors (at least over here hehe).

7. TMI warning! I'm having an orgasm AFTER I do all this to help the sperm up the cervix.

Just a quick note. AF is much lighter than usual, usually CD 2 is heavy flow but it's only light. TMI warning! seems mostly like ewcm with blood in it weird.
