Long Cycles

Your chart may show increased fertility and ovulation later in your cycle. Often charts with long cycles show signs of increased fertility, such as multiple patches of fertile cervical fluid, more than once before ovulation actually takes place. This may be a usual pattern for you, or, you may from time to time have a cycle with later ovulation.

Long cycles can be particularly frustrating when you are trying to conceive because you need to keep on scheduling intercourse until ovulation is confirmed by a sustained thermal shift. It’s not unusual to get very impatient or “burn-out” from frequent lovemaking as you wait for the shift.

Thank you, that makes sense And it's true, I feel burnt out for keeping track of this cycle and trying to figure out when to BD etc.

I ordered my agnus-castus online since I couldn't find it in Iceland, I did find one health store that sells it in whole dried berries but I got sick of making tea from it and drinking it 3 times a day. But I admit I have been forgetting to take the capsules regularly along with my other ttc supplements. I'm gonna try to be a good girl and remember to take them now, at least the agnus castus.

Hiya, what a pain your long cycle is for you! Hope AG helps you out! I know what you mean about remembering to take pills etc. I've been a very good girl and have my aspirin and a glass of milk with pg multi-vit and extra B6 every morning while making my breakfast. They are all next to the radio so i don't forget any more (plus i know how important it is to me now!) xx

I don't know anything about the job yet I know they have 2 newspapers and the website, www.mbl.is plus a business section and others that are published once a week or so. I´ll know more about my part soon, but seriously I don't even know what hours I´ll have to work or how much they're gonna pay me! I just accepted it! (it's only for 3 months anyway).

But ttc stuff: No temp rise!! I'm bummed, but too busy to really be bummed
