Yeah I guess I am! I'm a bit worried that if I get a BFP I´ll be exhausted and have morning sickness at my new job, that won't be fun.

Morning ladies. There was no temp rise this morning I don't understand! 3 days ago my cervix was high, soft and open, I had ewcm and this dark line on an OPK, everything has now gone back to the "not fertile" state, cervix low, firm and closed, hardly any cm and OPK's negative, however my temp won't rise to confirm the ovulation

So I'm looking at a really sad chart on FF, wondering how long this cycle will be. I often have very irregular cycles and this isn't "unusual" for me.

Do you girls know if there's anything I can do? Any supplements I can take, anything? I wish I could have regular cycles

Thanks yaya, I saw a thread there about Maca root, sounds interresting though I doubt I´ll find it in Iceland! Sounds like it could even out my hormones/cycles. Maybe I´ll check some health stores.

Anyway, I was googling and found this sentence on a web page, it's about OPK's and the thermal shift: "You should shift 1-3 days after your positive OPK, though sometimes it takes as long as five days for those with a slow shift."

Soooooo I hope I'm a s-l-o-w shifter

Hiya Phexia - Hey big congrats on your job and exam successes!! You're a star!!! Sorry you're still going through a cycle from hell. I read just this afternoon on FF something about long cycles and multiple patches of ewcm etc. I'll try and dig out the link! I also heard that agnes castus is good for regulating cycles, but I haven't tried it myself. I'm a bit irregular so I might give it a go if I can source it here in Bulgaria!
