Ok, I decided to use the "advanced" calculations on FF and instead of delaying O for one day like last time I tried, it's now saying it's one day earlier So I'm 12 dpo and may expect spotting tomorrow, I'm really really crampy but I'm not gonna whine until gets here.

I was browsing FF and found a study they did using like 93.000 charts, and on average the first BFP was on 13.xx dpo. I though it was really interresting.

must be on the way. I have so much cramping/tingling/tickling/stinging/itching down there it's driving me nuts. I don't remember getting it this bad before, but I'm probably just noticing it more these days. Temp dropped a bit this morning but nothing serious yet. I woke up exhausted with a headache and it's 14:30 here and I still feel groggy I hate waking up like this, it's like the whole day is ruined.

My poor older daughter is sick. She has some virus and she's had a fever since sunday. The doctor said she'd probably be sick for a week! Not the best time for it, we have to go to a confirmation (sp?) tomorrow, a birthday on friday and then out of town on saturday and sunday. We're spending easter at my parents "farm" 1.5 hours from Reykjavík. The bought an old deserted farmhouse and have renovated it and it's really nice

I've bought HUGE chocolate eggs for my daughters and I'm afraid I´ll have to help them eat them

Hi there,
Have checked your chart out of course ... as usual. I am watching it with baited breath. You are sooooooo close it's almost unbearable.

You seem to have quite a few symptoms too during your LP and lots of headaches. How come you get so many headaches? Hope you don't mind me asking, it just seems like a lot and you never know it may be due to something you are eating (or not eating).

Dr Tishi here

Haha Thanks for asking Dr. Tish

I've had migraines since I was a kid. I've tried lots of meds, changing my diet, sleeping more, sleeping less, physical therapy, doing this, doing that etc etc but I've never found a pattern to it or found any solutions. It's been really bad for a year now as you can see on my older chart, but a bit better this cycle. I needed to stop all meds cold turkey 3 weeks ago because my neurologist said I might be having medication-overuse headaches. I wasn't taking any strong meds, just paracetamol, ibuprofen and the occasional migraine pill (Relpax). Skipping the meds seems to have a good effect so far but it's been hell having these headaches and not be allowed to take anything for them. The doctor wants me to try this method for 2 months (works fine since I'm ttc and shouldn't be taking many meds).

It's always been weird, like some years I hardly get any headaches and some years I get them almost every day. It's my nr. 1 problem and has ruined quite a large part of my life. My kids are so familiar with the words: "mommy can't because she has a headache" or "we have to go/do this later, mommy has a headache" it breaks my heart.

Well that was a long rant and I haven't even started on the fibromyalgia, lol. Thanks for asking though I've sorta made peace with it now and don't think I can do anything about it.

Oh, that sounds dreadful. I wonder is it related to muscles in the back or neck in some way? How about accupuncture and alternative medicines. I hate the thought of anyone just putting up with something. Really, it might be worth seeing a quack. Not related at all, my brother has been suffering for years with aches and pains in his joints (mainly knees and back) and his wife sort of forced him to seek alternative help. He has since been put on a special diet and absolutely no alcohol and his condition has improved considerably over the last year. He still isn't 100% but has been diagnosed with tendonitis and arthritis, but has a better quality of life with his new diet. That's why I mentioned diet, you just never know.

Yeah, I stopped eating lots of stuff, gave up caffeine, no msg etc etc and I was really surprised that it didn't help at all.

I really wanna try accupuncture and quacky stuff but it's expensive over here. Parts of the headaches (the ones that aren't migraines) are due to stiffness in the neck. My neurologist was gonna give me some shots in the neck the last time I went but decided not to when I told her I was ttc. So I use heating pads and see a physical therapist. But the stiffness is related to the fibromyalgia so it won't go away so easily!

Even though I say I'm learning to live with it I do hope to find a cure and after I have baby nr. 3 I'm gonna spend more money on my health and really try different things.

Oh I know. It's taken a little nose dive. I don't know what to say expect wait and see. It's so hard isn't it and not knowing is the worst, but not long to go and all will be revealed.

I'm not uncrossing my fingers for you yet though, you just never know.
