UGH... I just read in a magazine that women who have PCOS and use IVF have a one in ten chance of getting ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome... which causes a build up of fluid in the abdomen and lungs!! I was discussing this with OH, and said that if Clomid doesn't work for me, I want to see what other options there are before I go straight onto IVF.

I really hope it works soon!! to everyone including me.

Thank you everyone. I am just feeling a bit low and upset today and last night. I had a massive go at OH last night saying how he doesn't understand what I am going through, how I feel terrible that I can't give him a baby and he might as well leave me, and saying that every month I get my hopes up and stay positive and then at the last minute get let down again and I am sick of it. Poor thing, he didn't know what had hit him last night, I have sent him a text this morning to apologise.

I feel really today though, I am going to wait until 28th to test just to be sure, but I am so scared of being let down again, I haven't heard of anyone getting pregnant on their 5th round of Clomid... so I really wanted this month to be the month.

I am still having cramps, very sore nipples - when I touch them and still feeling picky eith what I am eating. Oh and again I don't know if I am imagining it, but I feel like I am needing to go to the loo more often... but every month my body tricks me.

Anyway, rant over. I am grateful to have this forum and guys like you just a click away... that is probably the only thing that is keeping me still a little positive.

Really hope this is the mth for u.
No wat u mena about body playing tricks n how hurt u feel wen it comes up negative, But im sure ur oh feels the same i mean i get the jist tat he really is in love with u n tats a very rare n beautifull thing....

I bet his as hurt as u r every mth. ur happiness would be his main priority n to no he cant do anything more than he is doing makes him feel worse. U no men they r doer's...

So tonight just show him how much u love him n appreciate his support.

I wish my oh was like tat now dont get me wrong i no he loves me but he just doesnt show it n his not too good at dealing with womens hormones so were both a little worried about taking clomid next mth

Oh hon... I'm sorry you're feeling so low... and Im' hoping its pg hormones playing havoc with you, then it would be all worth it!
You know I can sympathise w/ sudden explosions at the DH's expense... I agree w/ LadyGib - the worst thing for a man is to feel helpless. He understands as much as a man CAN understand, since its not HIS body/mind playing tricks on him all the time... Doesn't mean he doesn't feel for you, eh.. Also, remember that he chose YOU to spend his life with, before all this ttc lark... I know I'm one to talk, but try to keep remembering to enojy each other too... He loves YOU, not your womb :wink:

I feel a little better at the moment. I have had a good old whilst cleaning the bath and my OH phoned me and said we can go to Asda tonight to get a film and some nibbles... so I am looking forward to that. He has also offered to take me for a meal on Sunday, I must have struck a chord with him last night.

Thank you Lady Gibrill - I hope everything goes ok with the Clomid - I am sure it will.
and Wendy - you are lovely as usual - thank you. I am so pleased things are looking up for you and really hope that you caught it this month.

It's nice to have a little fit every now and then and actually have some people understand.

AWWEE good luck hunni, as for you reading scary things in magazines. i thinks to myself if everybody knew the chances of everything we wouldnt even get out of bed in the mornings fearful of our lives lol.... cud u imagine it wud prob be u have a 1 in 10 chance of gettin up to go loo tripping on something then getting a black eye lol.....its all chances and what if's!! Dont be succerd into it. i no its hard every month, and every month ya dont wan get ya hopes up...but that little something inside keeps sayin yer but what if this month is my month and its heart breakin when its not. i get like that all the time.....And ya just cant bare to see a negative... i do feel for you hun.. and i really really really really X 50 MILLION THOUSAND REALLYS hope that this month is your month you deserve it....hope you enjoy ya film tonight good luck x x x x
