I'm Currently Feeling:  |  Oh Sweetie, I hope you're doing better now, sometimes I think we just need to have a good cry to release the stress of the cycle we've just been through. It's like swimming upstream in a rapid sometimes!
I notice you haven't changed your ticker, which means AF has not arrived, so I still silently had my fingers crossed for you Sweetie |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I am sorry you are feeling down Miel.  I have a good cry here and there...I think it just comes with ttc sometimes  I spotted a tiny tiny bit today too, so your not alone! I have AF like cramps too. I even put a liner on but there isn't anything on it. If AF isn't full force then try not to worry until that time...I am trying to do my best too. THINKING OF YOU!!! |

so I am just waiting and see but I can usually spot for days before she come ...

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Miel, have your hormone levels been checked out? It' so weird that you spot for many days before AF, it indicates that your progesterone is low and that can affect fertility.
I'm not trying to scare you, I just thought that maybe you could have a blood test because it's of course so frustrating to have sexathons and nothing happens |

I'm Currently Feeling: | phexia is right! I had my blood tested last week for progesterone and I spot sometimes before AF too. I will let you know what my gyn tells me. I think though, for some women it is natural...I guess it all depends on how each woman distinguishes spotting or light AF. One could consider spotting as just 'spotting', where another might consider it a light AF. PLEASE let us all know how you are! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Yeah, it's weird, after I had my kids I always spotted for 2-3 days before AF but after I took Vitex Agnus-castus (supposedly raises your progesterone level) I didn't spot for the first time in years! AF just came straight away, I was really surprised. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | oh good to know... I am meeting with a new gyn on may8 I will mention that to her ... I can spot one day like clear brownish or clear slightly bloody and then nothing and after it's back again and then af show usually...
I think I will try the agnus cactus this month too it's the only thing I haven't taken yet!!!

Ps: I am doing a lot of better ... I had prepare myself to go on the 7 cycle so I am ok.... Neyney ; phexia ; trixie; alexandra; capuru ; NIC ; tish ( avistar I am still hoping for you for this month ) what about we say we all go to the first semester in may |
