Hey! Thought I would do one of these!

CAME OFF BCP: September
TTC SINCE: October 2007

Ive wanted a child for over a year but the timing wasnt right so although i dont have a bfp yet at least i know im one step closer to one.

I have very heavy periods, I was on bcp which lightened them and helped with the extreme pain i get with them. However the last 2 years my periods have become really heavy despite being on the pill with clots etc.

My GP thinks I might have endometriosis. I have an appointment with a gyno at my local hospital in january to see if I will get a laporoscopy or not.

Since coming off bcp my cycles have been all over the place.

Sept- 26 days
Oct- 33 days
Nov- 32 days
end of Nov- 24 days

I got bloods done at the GP's to see if I am ovulating and check my hormones. She says I am however she said my progesterone was 22 and its better if its 42. But I got the test done one cycle day 21 and af came 3 days later so she said as the cycle was shorter than normal that was probably why.

This is my 1st cycle with a positive opk. yay!

Havnt bd much as me and oh have the flu.

I ovulated about cycle day 8.

Ive been having spotting since cycle day 12 (never had this before only when af was about to start).

I had mild cramps about 6dpo and constipation, ive also had naseau but ive go the flu

7dpo- ive got thrush now aswell...oh the joys of womanhood!

9/10dpo- still have spotting, eating a lot, more naseaus with a funny taste in my mouth now (but i still have the flu), ive been dizzy for a week or 2 but think thats because im run down. Moody today but dont have the energy to be angry Tested with fmu today bfn...but think its too early. Slight sensation in breasts and a couple more veins are visible. Maybe that just happens at this point in my cycle.

No symptoms today, still got the flu, the spotting has stopped and so has thrush so maybe it was linked...starting to think that this isnt my month! Did a test after 2-3 hours sleep and it was a bfn i know it could be too early though. Think all of this is myabe just the flu.

Dear me,

What a pants time you've had. I'm pleased some of the horrible symptoms have disappeared and at least you should be feeling better.

You never know, you could be a lucky bunny this month. I'm getting a bit fed up trying and it's only my first month ttc. It's all this testing, OPK's, sticks for all occasions

... my heads mashed with it all.

As for cm and watching for body changes, well it will take over my life if I don't stop thinking about it. Only joking really, you can't afford to take it too seriously, just try our best and see what happens.

I dont think its going to be my month!...I do find it hard not to take it very seriously but thats the kind of gal i am i guess!

I tested this morning..bfn im going to leave it unitl monday now.

Ive had a bad back ache
My boobs are bigger
Slight shooting pains in the sides and under my boobs (ive had this before though)
Nausea
Mild cramps (thought af was coming last night)
Im still spotting!

well this week i had my first gynae appointment and had an internal ultrasound done.The doctor suspects andenpmyosis (endrometriosis of the uterus lining). He said he could do a lap but to leave it for 6 months as im ttc. He said 'you will get pregnant' which is nice and all but how can anyone know for sure!!

Anyways it was glad to finallly find out and ive been given meds for the pain apparently when i pass clots its similar to labour/contraction pains...i do nearly pass out sometimes so its good to know im not a wimp!!

think im about a day late. tested this morning and got a bfn. My boobs have way more veins than ever before but this is prob hormonal. I had a bit of light pink/brown spotting so im suspecting af is on the way but im praying the witch doesnt come!!
