'comfortably numb' ... yep I know what you mean and that just about sums it up for me as well. I'm doing the AC thing too and took EPO leading up to ovulation.

It is good to see you back and your mood has definitely changed. Your hibernation therapy seems to have worked. Change is good ... change brings change ... let's hope it brings babies.

Lots of love

CD20 - wow, I really haven't been updating this journal much and it goes to prove how my attitude has changed. I'm just getting on with my life and TTCing isn't the most important thing anymore, which I guess is healthy?

I dreamt I got AF the other night. That's usually a sign I'll get her (though still 10 days till she's due). Ha ha, I sound like a right weirdo, saying my dreams are a sign but hey! I've been dreaming about babies too, but sadly, always other people's babies who I 'adopt'. Maybe this is a sign of a future adoption? Not being dramatic, I mean it's only been 10-11 month of trying but hey, just a thought.

Anyway, all-in-all, the numbness continues and also don't feel pregnant. Though I do feel utterly rubbish so think am gonna get flu / a cold. My mum's feeling naff too and loads of people are off sick at work so bet I get ill too. Trying not to think it might be a symptom cos am fed up of thinking things r symptoms. I'm not a newbie anymore! I need to realise not everything is a symptom!

Noticed EWCM this weekend - loads of it. I've said this a zillion times before and I'll say it again: I simply must make sure we BD later on in my cycle (not happening with hubby on hols but must next month). We always seem to slack off in the second half of my cycle and this might be a problem. So next month, please give me a big kick up the butt if I don't report mucho BDing on CDs 18-22!!!

x

PS. Saw The Duchess today, really good. Few TTC themes in there but more about her husband's desire for her to conceive an heir and her troubles with this. Couldn't help but think 'at least you can get bloody pregnant, love!'

Hey hun, it's good to see you posting and sounding positive / rational. I think it's so easy to get stuck in the world of ttc and let it take over everything. It sounds like you've changed your outlook and I really hope that brings a change in fortune too. And you don't sound wierd for saying that you think your dreams predict but remember if you speak them out loud they don't come true so AF is definately going to stay away!!! Tell your other half to have some sangria for you as you won't be having any for a while!!!

CD22 - usual pre-AF symptoms for me: copious CM at CD22. Bluh. O well.

Anyways, J-Lo did an interview with a mag and in it, she said it took her three years to conceive. I know this gives some people hope but to me, this is awful. The thought of it taking this long sends me into spasms! I know I;'chilled about this all but three years? My god! x

She denies they have 'help' which makes me laugh - HOW many Hollywood women have had twins and denied help? They're such liars! It's against the law of averages!!!
