I wouldn't worry to much about the cholesteral levels, for the reasons you stated, and in any event - if there is a problem it's best to know now! My uncle had a cholesteral test about 7 years ago as part of some routine something or other and he is a very fit and healthy guy (so we thought) he was 43 at the time and swims for Lancashire therefore trains pretty much everyday. ANyway it came back really bad! SO he has revised his diet and changed everything to low fat and he's back down to a safer level.

It turned out he used to eat 5 rounds of bread with butter like cement with every meal

So it will be something you can address even if it is a high result (which I'm sure it won't be - prob the coffee)

Everything is sounding really positive hun, I'm glad it all went well and not long now till you get even more results. You are gonna end up like an encyclepedia (sp???) with all this knowledge!!!!!!

Im glad things are moving forward on the test side. I hope you get great results back, missy!!!

I myself is going to call the doc tomorrow so i can ask him to refer us so we can get on the waiting list for fertility treatment. I have gret hope we wont need it, but i like you like to be pro-active as i do believe action and information is greatly preferred to not knowing!

Anyway, i still havent done didley since i came back in the wee hours last night so better get going... Oh, and by the way, cats were overjoyed to see us, and had obviously been very well looked after- what a relief..they are our babies after all..arent they?

Thinking of you during a difficult time. I went through something very similar in Sept last year & know how hard it is to lose a beloved feline friend. It takes a lot of time to heal the loss. to you sweet friend.

I still love you all,

Well, speaking of 'normal' things, here goes.

Will be getting my blood test results on August 1st (not sure if they will all be back, but the CD21 ones anyway) and having another cholesterol one done that day, so have to fast the night before.

Still studying hard and trying to meet deadlines for assignments ... finished at end of September and really looking forward to it. Will have to start planning social events for after that time. Also have a holiday booked to Santorini for two weeks starting September 30th so am looking forward to that.

Still decorating my old house in between everything else and enjoying seeing it take shape. I don't get over there very often as it's some distance away from where I live, but when I do I spend a whole day usually wearing myself out and come home with sore feet from standing on ladders and the likes. All for a good cause and it's a great little investment. Think of the money!!!

Off now to have a well earned cup of tea, although it's roasting hot here and an iced water might do me more good.

I'm very excited about Hays and really hoping she gets her BFP in the next week. It's great when there is someone's excitement to share. I will have to start reading a few more journals and get to know a few newer folk here. When I have more free time, I will be able to do that.

For now to all and of course. Where would we be without a little to share.
