1/11/08 (CD14) - cbfm prompted me for another POAS and I got another PEAK reading just as the booklet said would happen. We will BD tonight hopefully! We used the preseed again yesterday. We'll continue using preseed each BD session now until its gone. I've heard many good things about it.

I almost forgot to add that yesterday I think I experienced ovulation pains! After we BD that evening I got a slight cramping on my left side. I mentioned the pain to DH and he said "maybe it's O pains"...I just find it odd that I never noticed it before.

I know exactly what you mean. I've never noticed ovulation pains EVER before and now seem to notice everything little twinge and cramp. Funny that!

1/12/08 (CD15) - I guess if charting said I should ovulate on CD15 and I got my LH surge two days ago then I could actually be ovulating on time? (it says you O 24-36 hrs after LH surge)

Anyway here is an update of my cbfm results:

CD1-CD7 - No data from cbfm because I didn't have it yet.
CD8 - Low
CD9 - Low (BD w/preseed)
CD10 - High
CD11 - High (BD)
CD12 - High
CD13 - Peak (BD evening w/preseed)
CD14 - Peak (BD evening w/preseed)
CD15 - High ( might BD sometime today)

**sidenote- CBFM thinks I'm on CD12.

I didn't get to BD as often as I would like but oh well. We'll see what happens. I'm thinking on CD11 if I had BD w/preseed it might have helped the lil swimmers get up there in time for peak.

1/13/08 (CD16) - CBFM went back down to low. I'm not sure how I should feel about that. It's doing what it is supposed to for now.

This month when cbfm was on HIGH I noticed I was so much more emotional than last month. Not sure if that means I had more estrogen flowing through my blood or if I was just being a moody girl from stress of life. I also started taking Passionflower tea to help me relax. Also, taking a chewable multivitamin the past few days. These ones don't seem to make me sick like the ones DH has. They contain folic acid too so thats good.

SO I guess you are entering the dreaded 2ww! I am really hoping that it is your month! I read in the pamphlet for the CBFM that it will have more high and peak readings when you first start it, and once you use it more and more, it will know more precisely when you are Oing...I am really excited for ya, seems you Bd'd all on good days!!! I was really moody this last cycle, and felt like AF was for sure coming during the middle of it, which was weird...maybe it was all just pmsing! BAD! I am taking evening primrose oil twice a day to help with pms and build up more cm. So far I haven't really noticed much, but it can take a couple of months to show effects. Multi-vitamins are the best way to go, they have everything you need daily.
