It's pretty fool proof because there are only two buttons... one to turn it on/off and one to set your CD. I wish there were more buttons and options especially for the price I paid! I highly recommend reading the instruction booklet completely before playing with it. It's a quick read and quite informative. I just find it annoying that you can't customize it more though!
cd 8 -note to self : For the past couple days I've been getting migraines and been pukey in the morning. My tummy is also feeling a tad crampy which is odd because AF is completely gone now. Also noticing alot more cm this cycle. Like to a gross point. Probably because I'm drinking more water. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | 1/6/07 (CD9) -
I started the CB Fertility Monitor yesterday and it prompted me to POAS today. It thinks I'm on CD6 but I'm really on CD9. I'm not quite sure if it lets you view a history of your testing days or not so I'm marking it down in here:

I'm Currently Feeling: | 1/6/08 (CD9) - update - I've been eating really healthy today but had a bit of coffee but counteracted it with water. The odd though is, I have had cramps kind of in the lower middle abdomen all day. Could be early ovulation pains? If I go by charting dates I'm not suppose to O until the 14th. Maybe I will O early? Let's hope the cb fertility monitor will show when I O! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | got my CBFM today yeah! still no AF though...do you have to start it on CD 1 in the morning or whatever time you want to set your testing window? (the 3 hours before and after time set). For example, if AF came today in the afternoon, I could start it on CD 1 tomorrow by turning it on and setting it at 7:00 AM so that I can test anywhere between 4:00am and 10:00am? Or can I set the testing window any time I want, even when AF isn't here yet? does that make sense? |

There is no real "timer" to set. I think it basically counts 24 hrs from whenever u set it or something. So by setting the monitor to CD1 on the day after your period at 7am then that is your testing window and what time you will turn the monitor on each morning (3 hrs before or after). You can turn the monitor on now and check it out...its really easy to set back to 0. Just remember if you accidently set it to cd6 today and forget to reset it then there is no way to reset it tomorrow. It might make more sense to see it in actoin though. It's difficult to explain. |
