yeah hopfuly

we also decided that we prob wont hear anything from teh gyno untill at least Jan, and i know they will tell me to lose some weight to inprove my PCOS so i am going to try and lose as much as i can between now and jan/feb, so that when we do see her/him, i can say..right ive done this, this and this...what are you going to do?!

got to lose 2 stone to get back to my weight before Coby and even then i was considerd over weight by the docs (size 16) but i liked being a 16 so im going to try to get down to that again if i can...its going to be do hard tho.

Boring as anything but quite good to kick start diey is the cereal diet, where you have bowl of cereal for breakfast and lunch then sensible evening meal. I lost 6lb in 2 wks doing this. You can have a break of two weeks then do it again for another 2 weeks. Good luck with the diet.

I have decided today that i am still going to log my temps, We are not TTC but thought it might be good to show the gyno people when we get the appointment through.

Im going to turn this in to my food diary for now, just for my own referance. (hope thats ok?)

Wednesday 15th

8.00am Breakfast 1 slice of white toast with sunflower spread.

1.00pm Lunch 2 cornbeef salad rolls

9.00pm Dinner Lasagne with salad

Snacks through out teh day, banana
Drinks throughout the day water and diet lemonade

Breakfast 2 slices of white toast

Lunch bowl of fruit and fibre

Dinner salad (lettuce, toms and cucumbers), grated carrots and cabbage, roasted butternut squash and chestnuts.


Snacks through out the day, orange, low fat yoguert
Drinks through out the day, water, diet coke

Lunch Lasagne with gratted cabbage and carrots

Dinner salad with low fat wafer thin ham, grilled mushrooms and orange pepper

Snacks throughout the day, low fat yogert, orange, banana

Drinks throughout teh day, water

I have been naughty today and had a celeabrations choccy and some of Cobys rice pudding

soooooooooo hungry!!
