Thought it was about time I started one of these so that I can keep track as much as anything else.
Well I'm 26 and have been ttc since late Oct 2006. I have had irregular periods since I was 14, but they seemed to level out a bit when i was on the pill. Now however they are haywire and I have only had 3 proper af's since starting ttc.
I was diagnosed with pco in January and had an appointment with a gynaecologist in March. Unfortunately it was a really bad experience and the doctor made me feel like I was wasting her time. My GP has since referred me to another and I have an appointment on 22nd Nov so fingers crossed for then.
Well it's finally here. Got my appointment tomorrow. Just been writing everything down and looking at my dates and wow my cycles are really messed up. I've got so many questions to ask tomorrow. Anyway I'll check in tomorrow night with an update.
Well I've had my appointment today. So much better than with the 1st one I saw. He did some internal tests and I've had bloods done. My hubby has to be tested now and then we wait for the results and go from there. I guess we are finally on the long road to where we want to be.
My hubby is really putting off doing the dreaded test. I've told him there will be no until he's done it.lol. He's gone away for a few days now though so I'm going to work on him next week. I know he realises how important it is to get it done, but he just can't get over the mental barrier of doing it.
Been to my works 10th Birthday party (children's respite centre). 3 of my friends were there who between them have 5 children all under 3. Feel so broody now. I've really enjoyed playing with them today, but feel really crappy now.
I can't believe it the has finaly surfaced. Not seen her since June. I was getting worried as I didn't know what was going on. So I guess I'm actually quite pleased to see her (Won't last though).
