I'm Currently Feeling: | CD 22, 3 dpo!, 4th cycle ttc Woohoo! I put todays temp in and FF out in the crosshairs! I am 3DPO! That means that maybe, if my temps stay up, I will be testing Sunday, january 13th instead of the 19th! (I'd be 13dpo then and based on last cycle AF should show up that day). But, only if my temps stay up. And we seemed to have hit it pretty good with BD too...the day before and after... ...we'll see what happens!
So, I have come to the conclusion that I have to look at a few books on naturally regulating depression. DH is too concerned to look at drugs at this point, though if I really start going downhill I will push it. So far, looking at some of the things on the web, it's really about eating better and a more varied diet, which isn't a bad thing. Going to look into a few books and maybe pick one up this weekend. Then it's just following it! But, if I talk to him again, I think I can convince him to actually eat healthier as it will be my life and our babies that will be affected the most, and then his. I just know I hate drinking this much water...the number of bathroom breaks is just annoying! At least when I am pg and doing a training class (and showing) students will understand. Oh well. Just going to try and do what I can without resorting to drugs. I've been doing that with household cleaners, why not my body?
So, feeling pretty good. Even though I temped early both yesterday and today, my temps are quite high. Normalish for me temping at normal time, and if I adjust them, high compared to other cycles (in the chart under chart stalkers, I haven't adjusted the temps, so that's why they have open circles around them...tomorrow really will as i have to get up 2 hours earlier than normal! I have early morning meetings. Keeping my fingers crossed for a BFP! Now I just have to convince DH to bd a few more times so that he doesn't get suspicious that O has occurred...not a big hardship at all! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | CD 23, 4dpo, cycle 4 Ugh. That's the only way to describe today. I had to get up early for a meeting at work (like, an hour early! ) and I have a pulled muscle in my neck which I am sure if giving me a headache and an upset stomach (I tend to get migraines, and neck/back pains can trigger mild ones for me) and I'm tired to boot! I can't wait for today to be over, but I still have like 6.5 hours to go!
Ok, rant over. I broke down and took some Ibuprofen to try and relax my muscles because I figure even if I do get pg this time around, there's been no implantation yet so taking some non-Tylenol to get rid of this neck strain and headache is better than suffering. May have to take one later too, but tomorrow I won't as I'll be 5dpo and if I am pg, or will pg, or you know what I mean! then it would be getting close to implantation time. I just hope it goes away with this dose and I don't have to take another one. Not that likely though as I woke up with it. Maybe I can get a neck rub from DH tonight...if we're not too busy playing Rock Band!
Other than that, i am feeling a little rough. Head feels totally stuffed up (like it's filled with cotton) and it's been like that for a day or two now (remember being stuffed up most of the day yesterday, and even though I have allergies, that's unusual for me unless I have a cold, and this doesn't feel like a cold, IYKWIM?) and my nose has been running and stuffed up more. i'm sure it's nothing as it would be too early for any signs, but I thought I'd record it anyway. The tiredness I think is due to not getting as much sleep last night, bad sleep due to my neck, and general crankiness! The stuffed head I can't explain unless I am getting sick, and I really don't want that!
Well, that's me today. Nothing much to report. Just waiting for the next 6.5 hours to pass (I know, I really need to get some work done! ) so I can go home, get the car washed on the way, and play some DDR! then shower, cook, and relax. Hopefully get rid of this stuffiness and neck pains.
Have made the decision to test Sunday, January 13th if my temps stay high. If they've started to fall I will wait until AF arrives (which is what happens) or if they creep back up, I'll test Saturday, January 19th. Fingers crossed my temps stay up! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | CD 26, 7DPO, cycle #4 Well, another week, more of the grind. Back at work today and really wish I wasn't. Friday and Saturday I was just beat, yesterday I felt better, but today I am exhausted again. It's really early for any symptoms, but I am just so tired! And I really can't concentrate (part of being so tired) and because I'm trying to limit my caffeine and empty calories (and it's not even noon here) I can't even have a Pepsi! And I don't really feel like tea though I may have to break down and some just for the caffeine...Oh well. It's not like I haven't been cutting down.
So, other than being extremely tired lately, not much going on. I've had a few cramps this morning, but don't really think it's anything. Still feeling positive that if it's not this month, it will be soon.
Ok, breaking down. I am so tired, my eyes are closing of their own accord! I have to have something to wake me up. But yeah, no signs yet. Been slightly nauseous on the weekend and last Friday, but I think that was more because I'd left it too long since I'd last eaten. Feeling a little bloated today, but I was like that last month too. Temps are still quite high though, so we'll see what happens with them this week and next weekend...did I mention I wish it was the weekend again? Really have to try and get to sleep earlier tonight if I am going to keep being this tired. Hope I have the energy to workout after work. Friday I didn't and I was still falling asleep. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | yep, pretty much. I am going to break down and turn on the water for tea right away, and after I get home, see about working out, and if not, head to bed e-a-r-l-y no matter what DH says. The problem is that he's a night hawk and stays up for all hours! he just doesn't always get why i need more sleep...early to bed tonight. I also need to be awake tomorrow night as I am going to see my Granny and she's losing her mind so that's pretty tiring in itself...Caffeine and early to bed here we come! |

| It looks like we are testing around the same time. Oh the suspense!!
You mentioning caffeine is making me laugh. I have to admit I haven't had a coffee for a month and now I don't miss it. I do drink tea though but only about 3 cups a day max.
I had a brainwave yesterday though as I was working nights and got really tired. I bought a non fizzy rehydration drink and it did the trick. Could be a good substitute for caffeine for those "can't keep my eyes open" times. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | What type of drink are you talking about? Might be a good idea. I have cut down to 1 Pepsi a day, usually decaf tea, but some days, like today, I slip up and have either some caffeinated tea or a 2nd Pepsi...most days I am good though. Also trying to be healthier it's not just the ttc thing why I'm cutting out caffeine...interested in those fizzy rehydration drinks though...just not sure what one would be!
And yeah, the suspense is killing me. |
