Morning Ladies!

Well, it looks like I'm 2 dpo already! I thought I'd O yesterday since my opk on Friday was positive, but I must have caught the tail end of the surge, as my temp was up yesterday and today and my opk yesterday was negative. We bd Wednesday morning and Friday midday, so I hope that's enough!

My schedule's going to be all messed up now because of the time change. Do you ladies in the UK have daylight savings time? We had to turn the clocks back an hour last night, so now it's lighter in the morning but it will be dark earlier tonight, so that will take some time to get used to.

Here's a picture of Alex in her ladybug costume from last night. Overall we had a good Halloween, but we didn't have as many trick-or-treaters as usual. Oh well, that's just more candy for us!!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!! HUGS!!!

awww she is so adorable!!

Yeah we have daylight saving time here jen, except our clocks went back last saturday.

hooray for a +opk, laura!! You better get to it quick sharp! ehehehe!

Well, i'm out this month. the flew in on her broomstick in the early hours of this morning! perfect timing, it being around hallowe'en and all. pah. I feel so stupid now, all of that crap i was coming out with about feeling pregnant. I really did, though.

I feel OK about it all though, actually i am really pleased that it appears my cycle has gone pretty much back to normal after a BCP that is notorious for messing people up for months on end, so i am grateful for that at least and looking forward to trying again this month! Plus this means that DH and i can go out on the boozy date night we have been promising each other for weeks. There is always a silver lining!

Today was Jack's baptism and our marriage blessing, it was really lovely. DH isnt religious but I am so it was very special for me.

so how was your weekend, girls?

Hello girls :-) Nice to see you girls here but let's hope we don't have to see each other this way. Better to meet up in Team Bun in the Oven or something

So how is everyone doing? I haven't logged in for so long, please clue me in :-)

im_mi: Thanks for telling me about here. Should I remove my Pumpkin Patch sticker?

loobi: I am so sorry for your loss *hug* Will be praying for a sticky bean for you. Let's hope November is the month for both of us!

Jefner: Your girl is absolutely adorable!! DH and I would absolutely love a baby girl :-)

Oh no! I really thought you were going to get a BFP this month! Bah! Guess I'd better slink back to 1st tri on my own then.

Glad you're going to make the most of having another month though. Hubby snagged the bottle of wine I'd put aside for myself if I didn't get preggers lol. And right now, I'm swearing and cursing (and having a good cry too) because morning sickness hit me full force yesterday and it's bloody awful. So if you're feeling a bit down, think of me retching over the toilet all day.

Last Minute Entry

Hi Ladies,

I hope you don't mind if I join in on this thread.

I am in my second month of TTC with my DH of a year and a half. I live in Philadelphia, PA USA with my DH and to dogs.

I am just finishing up my TWW. While I have been feeling some pregnancy symptoms (heavy CM, nausea, mild cramping, heartburn) I have yet to get a BFP. I've been using dollar store tests so I think I'm going to switch it up tomorrow and get something a little more costly...but she's also due tomorrow....lets hope she doesn't show!

Looking forward to getting to know you ladies.

i have been busy working all weekend so haven't been around much. steve put up the ceiling in my kitchen ready for it to be plastered at the end of the week by sunday i will have half a kitchen fitted & i will sooooooo appreciate it

not much to report on the whole ttc thing, still negative opk's & it's doing my head in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! got my blood test wednesday & no doubt it will show bugger all! oh well, least every day is a day closer to my appointment with the fertility specialist.

busy day today, working 9:30-6:30 then off to do a weekly shop after that, then i have to tackle a mountain of washing when i get home as i will have no washing machine for a few days at the end of the week! when did my life become so interesting wouldn't swap it though
