7dpo I think - what are your thoughts?

As I'm quite new to this I'm not really sure whats going on this month. I have 31 day cycles and CD1 was 14th June, which would put my ovulation around 30th June/1st July ish! Well hubby and I BD on 1st July, and since a few days after have had sore boobs, feels like someone is putting shocks throu my nipples!

To save all the words I'll make it simpler:

29/06 - very very light pink watery spotting
1/7 - Ovulation I think, BD
2/7 woke up to find some spotting
3/7 nothing
4/7 boobs start to tingle a little
5/7 AF mild type cramps come along
6/7 sore boobs
7/7 Very sore boobs
8/7 sore boobs and AF type mild pains.

I have no idea if this seems right, but I do know I've never had sore boobs from ovulation till AF and am wondering if this is unusual?

each women is different, my boobs hurt from ovulation to AF, but if its unusual for you it may be a good sign.
