Vitamin B Complex

Hi ladies...it's been a while since I have written anything on here. Work has been really busy for me and I find it hard to find the time to come on here as much as would like to. I know you ladies are all a wealth of knowledge, so I hope someone can answer my question. I started taking 75 mg of vitamin of B50 complex for a short lp of about 10-11 days with spotting for about 2 days at the start. One of 2 things has happened this month...it's working as I am currently at 12-13 dpo with no sign of spotting yet, or I am pregnant. I have my fx for a as I will be testing tomorrow (would be the best Valentine's Day present ever) if nothing happens by then. I really feel as if this may be it, I keep running to the bathroom, thinking that is here because I feel wet (TMI sorry), but nothing, just a fair amount of CM.

My question is...do you continue taking the vitamin B complex after you get a or should you then stop taking them? I had a doctor's appointment last Friday and he told me that everything I was taking was fine and never mentioned that I should stop if pregnant.

Sorry for the long note...any info would be greatly appreciated

Not really sure what to do. I may stop taking it tomorrow if I get the and wait until I can ask my doctor to be sure.

Hello Sybil,

I think it's fine to carry on with the Vit B when you're pregnant. Vit B is a water soluble vitamin anyway, which means the excess would be excreted in your urine.

Here's a link that might be useful:

I'm sure your doc would pescribe you some pre-natal vits once your is confirmed, and the Vit B family should be part of it. All the very best! Hope you get your lovely Valentine's Day present.

Thank you that link helps a lot to make me feel better about taking them. I already take a prenatal vitamin and have since before my mc, as it was recommended that I stay on them.

Well...looks like it doesn't really matter. I am pretty sure is on her way again Roll on to cycle 14. This whole process is really frustrating, and some days it feels as though it will never happen. I have felt the most positive this month than I have in a long time. On the bright side, it looks like the vitamin B complex is helping to lengthen my lp, so let's hope that will help. My GP is referring me to an Ob/gyn, and pray that someday soon I will see that

Hi

Bvits are fine to take after bfp, apparently some drs prescribe them for ms. In ttc products, there is a whole thread on them if you need any more info.

Good luck
