Quality of vitamins...

Do you think the price of vitamins means they are a better quality? Ive seen folic acid for like £5 and then i went to savers and it was 47p!!!!! Do you think/know if the more expensive ones are better or work better than the cheaper ones or is a vitamin a vitamin?
xx

I don't know... maybe the cheaper ones have more bulking agents or poorer quality ones? No idea. I took Asda pregnancy vitamins while ttc - 2 x 30 for £4. Exactly the same as pregnacare except slightly more of one ingredient, but half the price!

Its all a bit confusing really. If they have the same amount of grams of the vitamin in it surely it doesnt matter if there is more of other bulking ingredients?
I dunno. Its confusing

I guess it only just matters if you're taking lots, because lots of talc or similar in your body isn't great for you.
