OH refused tests!

So annoyed... just a bit of a rant really. After being reffered to a gyne he told us WE weren't entitled to testing on the nhs as I already have kids, my OH isn't their dad and he has no children of his own. So today after my 5th MC since August last year, OH decided to go and see his doctor (at a different surgery to mine) and asked for some advanced sperm tests, now since the gyne would have been happy testing us after 3 months of ttc due to recurrent mc had i not had kids already, we thought OH would have no promlem getting tests! But his doc has said he cant have tests because she cant see my notes and even if she could we have to be ttc for 12 months first

That seems so unfair darling. Can you not investigate at your own doctors to see if they can pass on your notes to OH's doc's.

We're planning on changing his doctor over now... we've been meaning to do it since he moved in with me aaages ago anyway! Then we're gunna go see him, and hoping for a better response.
