Temping Question

Okay ladies....I need some input from those of you more experienced with temping than me please

My cylcle varies between 28 days and 34 days, so I could be due to ovulate or it could be a few days still...

I just starting temping last month. My regular baseline is about 97.71 and I test at 5:30 am. Today I slept late (so nice) so I didn't test until 8:00. My temp was 98.41. Do you think it was that much higher because of the time or because I ovulated??

I am unsure of if you ovulated or not, but I think that you should have three high temps in a row to confirm ovulation so you should BD just incase it was just because of the time change. I'm sure there will be someone with more knowledge to answer though, but didn't want to read and run. Good Luck

Thank you so much for the post! Now that you say that, I remember reading somewhere that an elevated temp for three days indicates ovulation occured, so I guess I will know more after temping tomorrow and Tues!

It's true, 3 highs temps do indicate ovulation, but I'd sorry to say I think it was the time. There are temperature adjusters online fo that you can see what your temp might have been at that time.

I didn't realize there were ways to adjust the measurement - thank you!
