ovulation question - re temps

hi ho.......

I dont take my temps as I get up all kinds of hours of the morning. but I wondered if it was possible to notice a change in temp physically when u are ovulating?

Ie when ur ovulating do u feel warmer or cooler than usual?

reason I ask is i have a slight twinge as i type and touching my cheeks with the back of my hand i feel slightly warmer than usual? either that or im coming down with something. hadnt noticed it before, but as im due to ovulate around now I was wondering if this could be it?

well they say your temp goes up and since tuesday ive been warmer than usual and i think i ov yesterday and im still feeling quite warm. i had ov pain through the night.
so i think you are ovulating

It's generally such a small change in temperature (that's why you need a thermometer with two decimal places) that you wouldn't be able to notice the change in your body without temping.
