Becoming A Mother



becoming a mother

they say its the simplest thing,
to let nature take its course
yet months and months later
im left still with empty arms

people tell me not to worry
what do they know?
people tell me chin up
they dont understand!

i know i need to think positive!
i will be a mum!
i will!

perhaps its taking longer,
because someone really understands...?
there making me wait
so i can be the perfect one!!!!
