Not very well

It never showed ferning for me, but chances are i wasnt ovulating anyways for anything to show up.

With PCOS you ovulate but not every month is that right?

How many cycles did you try it for before?

It varies per person and how severe it is but it can be from not ovulating at all to once in a while.
Admittedly i didnt try it for long but i will stick with it for longer this time.
