What is my cycle length?


Hey guys, what would you say my cycle length is? I think I will have to buy some opk kits as they differ.

21 Nov - 25
12 Dec - 21
6 Jan - 25

i would join mymonthlycycles.com i have irregular cycles since off the pill too and you can enter them all and it will give you an average and and map out your anticpated cycles for you

It actually depends on when you O. To find that, you should chart your next cycle using a BBT thermometer. Many of us use Fertility Friend to do so (see my chart in my sig if you want). Your O date can vary, but the time after it, your luteal phase, should not vary by more than a day or so.

To figure out when to begin using your OPKs, I'd take your shortest cycle length and subtract 14. So 21-14 is CD7. If your period is not over by that time, start as soon as your period clears up.

I agree with Vestirse! Find out when you o and then you can use that info to find your luteal phase. Your lp rarely if never changes and if you know it, you can use it to map your when your af is due. If you feel your cycles are irregular- as Vestirse says, use a temping method to accuratly pinpoint ov.

Your ov can easily change , your lp, not so much ( lp- the time from your ov to your af)
