I am on my 2nd month of TTC. I bought the prenatal vitamins from costco.. I've been taking them for 2 months now. How do I know if they are good ones?

I was taking Materna from Centrum, and my body totaly flipped out on those!
so im off them so stay away from Centrum i guess? Im now taking Folic acid on its own with Vitamines B. i think the amount of Iron and Calcium that was in those just made my whole body out of wack.
