Faint line appearing on ov test...

so excited!!!! may be the worng test but to see TWO lines is sooooooo exciting!!!!!!!

hehehehe!!!!

i have had completely clear tests so far up until this one and ff is predicting ov on 31st jan..... saturday.... if i have a faint line now? (faint but very very visable!!!) when should i ov???

i was thinking of doing another test at 4pm last one done at around 11.30 am and see how the strength is building up.... but can anyone give me an estimate of how long on average till i ov?

i'm only asking cus im following the shettles method n i don't wanna

too late on!!!!!

Well this is my first month using opks i tested on cd8 and got a strong but slightly lighter line an have kept testing and they have been consistently quite strong but none as strong as the control line now on cd11 so ,to answer you question could take a few days , but i have heard some ladies say that they just go light then straight dark so maybe test twice a day to make sure you dont miss it. x

so no real average per person!!! its sooo frustrating the first time you use them!!!! i'll test again at 4pm and see if theres any change!

i know im cd25 and have been getting faint lines for the past 6-7 days now. its starting to frustrate me. lol xxx

hi mrsR im not to far behond you,

i also have a 25day cycle..i did ov test yesterday just to see what im looking for, and a VERY VERY faint line appeard, so might test again later on in the afternoon...

Edit-im not behind you i meant not to far infront of u lol x

I think it's different for every person. Or perhaps the different brands of tests give different results. I'm on cd21 (past few cycles I Ov on cd 28-30) and I've had lines just lighter than the control for the past 8 days. If you're just starting with opks, I'd suggest testing twice a day to be sure you don't miss it.

hey i am on cd 14 and wen i tested this moring i onli had one line... but wen i tested on the 19th of jan i had a lite second line... i dont understand can neone help mE
? as this i my first month ttc and using opks

sorry hun x have no idea x i think these opk's are not seeming as reliable as i first thought thou!!! i haven't met anyone yet who has used AND understood them smoothly!!!

i'm going to try them this month and if i get no joy may give up! some people get light lines when they ov some people get dark and some get none at all!!! and some people just get random dark lines at diff times of their cycle!!! lol

confusing!!!!!
