Fertility foods


I've been following 'how to get pregnant faster' advice of eating a whole diet including lots of nuts, seeds, fish, fruit and veg and avoiding all sorts of foods. I was wondering if anyone had heard of any particulary 'fertility friendly' foods? Anything to hurry along a

i've heard that sweet potato can boost fertility.. i guess just eating a healthy well balanced diet would be the best?
