so...any wonderful supplements that increase fertility?

gonna carry on with the omega 3 and folic acid, but I'm sure that some of you ladies will know of some supplements that increases fertility and encourages monthly cycle?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

wild yam cream. kicked me back into shape. used it once a day and by the next cycle i was regular and ovulating. but once you start ovulating, you should only use it after ovulation except for the days of your normal period. i got it at a health food store. not too expensive.

With no previous problems conceiving hunny I don't think you will need anything other than what you are already doing

no hun, i did have problems ttc, after 1st MC i didn't have any periods for 18 months, was in the process of getting referred to fertility clinic when I found out I was PG

I would def see your GP and push to get tests done soon rather than having another long wait.

went yesterday, cause I had tests done last time and everything was normal then I conceived, they won't do them again for a year and won't do any investigations with regards to MCs cause I've not had 3 MCs
