Can somebody please help ?

I started my periods when i was 13, and they were SO irregular.
They could last two weeks, maybe three weeks, be about a week or two apart.
then eventually i started going without them after say a year or so and they'd be 3 weeks apart, or 3 months apart, and once i went without one for 6 months i think?
I then had an eating disorder, and the minute i stopped eating i never have a period ever again. i remember my period was the first week of jan 2010 and on the 8th of jan i vowed not to eat a single thing, and never had a period again.
my next period was like...april the 8th 2011 or something? and it was when my weight was fine i was just throwing up.
that period stopped after like 10 days. (they seem like 10 days in av my periods do) and then i think i bled a tinyyy bit a week or so after, and i cant remember if that was constant hardly-anything bleeding or only lasting a few days, but i got the implant put in my arm either april 27th or the first week of may sometime, because i was with my OH <3. (because of my OH i also managed to beat anorexia and bulimia july the 7th 2011 )
i bleed really light pretty much constantly for 6 months on the implant so i had it taken out in early november i think? god i should keep track.
anyway i was put on ovranette and then switched to diannette because i had a bit of spots after three weeks of ovranette, and only lasted 3 weeks on diannette because how sick it made me, so i went back on ovranette, and had it pretty regular for once! I was on when i wasnt on the pill and was off when i was on it! it was fantastic!

Anyway me and my OH want to start a family so i came of BCP january the 9th of this year, and I had a normal (and VERY painful period) of like 5 days! wow! and i havent been on since and ive been trying for a baby, i dont know whether im pregnant or not, and im most probably not.

Whats wrong with me? ive mentioned it to my doctors a few times andtheyve done nothing, dismissed it, but then again ive always just mentioned it and never gone there for just that.

I remember i had blood tests because i was so depressed and because of my eating disorder to see if there was something wrong with me hormonally, and it came back all normal.

has anyone had these type of thing and been diagnosed??

Today i woke up with paiiiin on my right ovary (atleast i assume it my ovary)
its pretty painful and i cant explain it, like its a bit loose and rattling around in my utuerus. Feels like its going to burst!

thank you for your help! please help!
even if you dont know what it is, and only have a small idea, please share!!!

Its not unusual for eating disorders and dropped weight to cause erratic or stopped periods.

It sounds like the doctors ruled out that your lack of them was due to any issues with hormones etc.

I think its just possible that the pain youre feeling is the ovary preparing for ovulation.

Because youve had such issues with your periods, it might be worth taking up using opks, or BBT charting. It will help you make a sense of what your body is doing and help you track your fertile windows.

GL!

Textbook cycles show ovulation around CD14. Since you came off BC and have had a period since then you couldnt be pregnant at this point, its most likely youre just ovulating.

OPKS are ovulation predictor kits You pee on them and they basically tell you when youre about to relase an egg - thus indicating your fertile window

BBT is taking your waking temperature every day and recording it. It lets you know when you ovulated and such. Google Fertility Friend and take a look around Its the site most of us use to track our temperatures and they have lots of good info about what it is about and how to do it etc

Its easy peasy...id defo recommend it hun to help you get a handle on what your body does each cycle
