I've not had any EWCM yet, but my BBT has dropped and the OPK I took yesterday, whilst still being negative, has definitely got darker! I've had some crazy cycles since coming off the pill - last month was 61 days and I didn't ovulate, so I started taking agnus castus this cycle and it looks like, fingers crossed, it could be working! It's CD16 today, so that would be a more 'normal' time to ovulate. I've attached a pic of my negative OPK from yesterday. Can someone have a peek at my chart please? I'm kind of hoping ovulation doesn't happen until tomorrow night or Friday though, because hubby isn't home from his work trip until then. How long does BBT normally stay down before O? |

My BBT is still down this morning and I've just checked my CM - it's not EWCM yet as it's still white, but it's become a bit stretchy (normally it's like runny lotion). How long does BBT drop for before O? I'd assumed it was only 1 day, but this has been a few days now. Maybe it's just because it's flipping freezing outside and my bedroom - and therefore me - has been colder?! Hubby is home tonight, just hope he's not too tired after his 5 hour flight and drive home!! | |

Posts: 2,906 | And also, not everyone DOES get a drop for ovulation  Its just one of those things that can happen, but also cannot. Just like the drop before af. Lot of people get it...most of my cycles I didnt get it I think you can only go off of the opks. Either you geared up to ovulate but then didnt, and youll see another surge start to build, OR, you caught the surge just starting/ending and didnt pick up another positive on that afterwards because of the not retesting. I think best thing to do would be to see what they continue to do now x |
