How do I calculate my cycle now?

Morning ladies,

This is my first month monitoring my periods. My period came yesterday, I made a note in my diary how do I calculate my monthly cycle now. Does it go on until my next period?

They are usually 28 days aren't they? Is it around day 14 that you are most fertile?

Sorry for all of the questions, I am clueless to all of this lol xxx

each person is different and each cycle will be slightly different

you could use www.fertilityfriend.com - register as a free member and use that the note your af any cm that you have etc

if yesterday was your first day of af then that is classed as CD1 (cycle day 1)

If your cycles are averaging 28 days then you "could" ov anywhere between cd10-cd14 - the average LP (phase between ov and af) is normally around 14 days but could be slightly less or more

if you have dates of your other cycles, put them into fertility friend too as this will help you

some pple use OPKS to gauge when their ov'ing but the only true way of knowing when it happens is to temp
