Did Clomid make you feel depressed?

This is my 5th cycle on Clomid. I dont really remember if it affected me in previous cycles, but I do remember that I was quite depressed in the early days of some of my cycles. This time I was back to Clomid after a break of 3 cycles. I an on a dosage of 150mg and I must say that it made me soo severely depressed and I was a nervous wreck. It is hard to think of those moments now.The feeling of depression was so hard to control. And i wasnt even obsessed over anything. It was just being depressed and nervous like never before. It felt like I was standing 10,000 ft above ground at the edge of a cliff. Did anyone else have a similar feeling?

Hi, omg I completely felt exactly the same as you when on clomid, it was so severe I didn't feel like I could cope! It's an awful feeling but I still went through 7 rounds of it in the hope it would get me my BFP.

About a week after the last pill I would start to feel better again but whilst your on it and felling so depressed its hard to put things in perspective.

I haven't come across anyone else on here that has felt that way so I was beginning to think it was just me!

I hope you get though it ok, stay strong and remember it does wear off eventually.

It certainly feels better to hear other women having similar experiences. I thought it was just me. I am going through all this just hoping for a

Hi honey,

I am not depressed, but definitely MOODy and at times just want to scream! This is my 3rd cycle of Clomid, 50 mg, and this is the worst it has ever been. Hang in there, hope we all get our much deserved BFP's!!
