As the title said, I'm gutted as yet again got myself all excited about nothing! I've been waiting to ovulate since November and couple of days ago I did an opk on the offf chance and it seemed almost positive. I was so excited I got BDIng and even noticed some other signs like my breasts were really tender (which is what happened last time I O'ed) and had a bit of watery CM and some twinges. Was so certain I'd get a temp rise today...well as u can see from my chart I didn't really get much of a rise at all (.6 c) so looks like I imagine all my symptoms and yet again I haven't ovulated
Just gutted as really thought my cycles were finally sorting themselves out post bc, it's been 6 months now (only O'ed once in this time).
Feel stupid for getting excited... I won't be able to temp tomorrow as going out tonight but do u think I'm still in with a chance... Comments on chart would be so welcomed, could my tiny rise today but start of O?
My opk was neg today and yest and cm creamy, and breasts not tender anymore either.

the thing with charting is you need to do it every day so that you can see a pattern - just because your going out tonight shoukd not stop you temping in the morning

temping is the only real way of knowing if you have ov'd

last cycle you only took 3 temps so how do you know you didnt ov?

some women due to work shifts or little ones, set ah alarm clock to take their temps then go back to sleep

you should really be recording temps more often before you come to conclusions that you dint Ov, because there really isnt enough data to make you decide whether you ov'd or not. I really wish you a alot of luck

You may have ov'd and it could just be a slow climb. Take a look at my chart from Dec (you can see it in my sig). Wait till you get the full picture - sometimes things look odd at various points of a month but you can see the pattern when there are more temps.
