Question

Ovulation

Morning everyone
My AF was seven days late grrrrrrrrrr and I wanted to know if I count after the first day of this one or when my period should of been here! Just a bit confused with it being late!

Count to next ovulation you mean?

Day 1 starts from first day AF was due. Do you know when you ovulate?

You count from the first day of your cycle, which would be the first day of AF
