Ok i know this must sound really stupid but how do u check your CM is it just whats in your underwear or do u have to put fingers up to check? I havent had any CM at all this month so far im on CD10 so was just wondering do u check from what you see in your underwear or is there another way to check.

you can usually just wipe as far as I'm aware...

However I'm sure if you wanna stick one up there it'll put a smile on your face lmao sorry

lol, no i dont really want to do that....ill stick to wiping although i hardly ever get anything.

They say to put you middle finger up there, usually requiring insertion to at least your second knuckle....you can then feel around a bit for your cervix, then see what comes out!! Some people can actually kind of "pinch" with middle and thumb to get a good sample. It's easiest to do when you are sitting on the toilet. Oh the things we do!!

u can do either hun, but sometimes some womens cm isnt enough to show when just wiping so u may need to do the other way, BUT this isnt somethiing thats a must, go opk and chart these are as good and reliable godluck hope u get ur asap
