Okay, so, I'm new to this.

So can someone please explain all this charting hoo-har and where to start with it all?

Thanks

Get yourself a thermometer and before you move when you wake up take your temp and note it down on a chart such as FF. It will help show you the different stages of your cycle. It won't show OV until it has happened though so you will need to chart your cm and/or get opks.
Good luck hun! xx

I'm hoping its a short stay too, but not gonna build my hopes up, took me years to fall pregnant last time. And in the end didn't actually think I could after a Laparoscopy revealed my tubes were well and truly foo-barred.

So fingers crossed it wasn't a one off.
