| Trying to conceive (TTC) Active BnB Member  Join Date: Nov 2008 Location: hampshire Posts: 86 | BBT charting Hi All, bit confused as to what is best to do. I normally take my temp at 7am but woke at 530 so took it then. I then fell asleep and woke at 7 so took again, both were different so which one should I use? I slept for the difference in time so is that long enough. I know that 3 hours is best, any suggestions?  ff says im 4 dpo so just trying to see if pattern for  |
